Spirebase, LLC (hereinafter, "Spirebase," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to respecting the privacy of users of our website, services, and applications (the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit and use the Services. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Spirebase Terms of Service. This policy does not apply to third-party websites or applications, which have their own practices. INFORMATION COLLECTION PRACTICES1.1 Traffic DataWe automatically gather information that browsers make available, including IP addresses, domain servers, and the types of devices and browsers used to access the Services ("Traffic Data"). We use Traffic Data to analyze trends, administer the Services, and gather aggregate usage information.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand usage. Platform Data is processed solely to provide the Services to the client who provided it, under strict data-handling commitments. We do not share, sell, or disclose Platform Data to any third party except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

INFORMATION USE AND DISCLOSURE PRACTICES2.1 Traffic Data, Cookies, and Web BeaconsWe analyze Traffic Data and information gathered using cookies and web beacons to understand who uses the Services and how, and to improve them. We may publish aggregate data (for example, usage trends), which will not identify any individual.
2.2 Personal InformationWe use Contact Data to send information about Spirebase and our services and to contact you in connection with the Services, including billing, support, and important service announcements. We use Account Data to authenticate you, manage subscriptions, and provide support. We use Platform Data solely to provide the Services, and for no other purpose, including advertising, unrelated analytics, or training of machine-learning models.
2.3 Disclosure PracticesExcept as described in this policy or with your permission, we do not share Personal Information with third parties, other than: (a) with service providers who help us deliver the Services (such as hosting, billing, fulfillment, and data storage and security), who are contractually limited to that purpose; (b) when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Spirebase, our users, or the public; and (c) to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with continued protection under this policy or a successor policy.
2.4 What We Do NOT Do(a) We do not sell, rent, or trade Personal Information or Platform Data to any third party. (b) We do not use your data to serve targeted advertising or share it with advertising networks. (c) We do not use Platform Data or client-specific information to train machine-learning models or AI systems. (d) We do not share identifiable client data with analytics providers; any analytics we perform are solely to improve the Services for the client who provided the data.
3. EMAIL COMMUNICATIONSYou may receive service-related communications, such as service updates and security notifications, which are part of the Services and which you cannot opt out of. You may also receive promotions or offers, which you can opt out of at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in each message or by changing your account preferences.
4. SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATIONWe maintain reasonable security procedures and practices designed to protect against unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction, or disclosure of Personal Information. No security measures are perfect, however, and no method of transmission can be guaranteed against interception or misuse. If your Personal Information is compromised by a security breach, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
5. ACCESSING, UPDATING, AND CORRECTING YOUR INFORMATIONIf you have an account, you can access and modify your Personal Information through your account settings at any time. To request deletion of your Personal Information, email privacy@spirebase.com. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to honor your request, though we may retain archived records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. By using the Services, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current.
6. DATA RETENTIONWe retain Personal Information and Platform Data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfill the purposes in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Specifically: (a) Account Data is retained for the life of the account and a reasonable period thereafter; (b) Platform Data is retained while your account is active and deleted within thirty (30) days of termination unless you request earlier deletion or the law requires otherwise; (c) individual session data is retained for no more than ninety (90) days; and (d) billing records are retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
7. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND INTEGRATIONSThe Services contain links to and integrations with third-party websites and tools, including HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google, and email infrastructure providers. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing them information.
8. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERSSpirebase is based in the United States. If you are located outside the United States and provide information, it will be transferred to and processed in the United States. For transfers from the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms. You may request a copy of applicable mechanisms by contacting privacy@spirebase.com.
9. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER GDPR (EEA USERS)If you are in the EEA, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your Personal Information, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@spirebase.com; we will respond within the period required by law and may verify your identity first. We process Personal Information on the bases of performance of contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation.

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER CCPA (CALIFORNIA USERS)If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what Personal Information we collect, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of the sale or sharing of Personal Information, and to non-discrimination for exercising your rights. SPIREBASE DOES NOT SELL OR SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DEFINED UNDER CCPA/CPRA. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@spirebase.com or use your account privacy settings. In the preceding twelve months we have collected: identifiers (name, email, IP address); commercial information (transaction history, subscription status); internet activity (interaction with the Services); professional information (job title, company); and inferences derived from the above.
11. CHILDREN'S PRIVACYThe Services are intended for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and will delete such information if we learn we have collected it.
12. DO NOT TRACKBecause there is no common standard for interpreting "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to them. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
13. CHANGES TO THIS POLICYWe may update this policy and will post material changes here, and notify you by email or in-product, at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
